This program is called HAD-WTBD, which is a program to design  a water tube boiler(D-type) of burner combustion for gas / oil fuel. The program can calculate the following contents.

• Fuel conditions : Single-gas/Single-oil/Multi(2 kinds)-gas/Multi(2 or 3 kinds)-oil or gas

• Limited steam conditions  : below than 250 ton/hr x 120 kg/cm2-g x 500 degC

• Super heater type : Horizontal/Vertical type, 1st/1st and 2nd superheater

• Economizer tube type  : Bare tube/Solid finned tube/Serrated finned tube

• Gas-air preheater type : Bare tube/Solid finned tube

• Detail information of Thermal calculation  with superheater

• Detail information of heat transfer

• Pressure drop : Gas side/Water side

• Max. temperature of tube/fin metal tubes

• Boiler geometry information

• Boiler efficiency of PTC 4.1 (and PTC 4.0) at base LHV/HHV

• ASME tube and drum thickness (ASME section I)

• Acid dew point

• Natural water circulation (separate one)

• Vibration analysis (separate one)
